Market Data Fees

As a responsible provider, we are taking steps to ensure we and our clients adhere to regulations and reporting requirements set out by local exchanges. As a result, some of our charges will increase to bring them in line with the fees charged by the exchanges. Users accessing exchange market data directly from the exchange, and distributing this data, are subject to a fee; by acting as an intermediary we are required to collect and account to the exchanges for use of data by end-users. We recognise that some intermediaries may choose not to account to exchanges for end-user use of data as Finalto does but by maintaining proper standards and accounting for the correct fees we ensure that we remain compliant with exchange terms and conditions relating to exchange data fees. This remains a more cost effective approach than if clients were to bypass the intermediary and open their own exchange account.
